Returns & Exchanges

At MICAS, we want you to love every piece you order, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the return authorization slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
